Remote working versus office working
Been a challenging year or so in business - moving to a remote working model was very challenging. The next challenge is getting the work forces back in the city centres.A lot of people like the flexibility of remote working now and don’t want to go back to the commute.Maybe we will see a hybrid model going forward part home / part office work. In many ways I’m surprised how quickly our work force adapted to the new way of working.Be interesting to see how things turn out in the long run. The culture of the business I worked in was very much an office based one - Personally I don’t have a problem where anyone is as long as the work gets done.
